Spinpolo License
Spinpolo holds a valid gaming licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB), licence number OGL/2024/1435/0878, effective from 1 November 2024. This licence authorises the platform to offer online gambling services across permitted jurisdictions and obligates it to uphold fair play standards, protect user data, and operate in accordance with internationally recognised gambling regulations. Waiver of Brand Ownership

The brand maintains no financial interest, managerial role, or operational involvement in separately licensed companies that may share a similar name or brand style. It holds no authority to influence their decisions, direct their conduct, or override their compliance obligations. Accordingly, Spinpolo accepts no responsibility for the actions, omissions, or regulatory violations of those independent entities. Any claim or concern relating to such companies must be directed to the relevant company itself or to the appropriate licensing authority.
Licence Verification System
A licence verification system is available to allow users to confirm the current status and authenticity of the Spinpolo licence at any time. This digital tool provides a direct status check and is the recommended method for users who wish to independently verify the platform’s legal standing.
The verification system, including all associated texts, images, and materials, is the intellectual property of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. All content displayed through the system is protected by copyright. Third parties are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial or other purposes without express authorisation. Improper use of the verification seal or its associated materials may result in legal penalties under applicable intellectual property and regulatory law.
Trademarks
All trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers displayed on the Spinpolo website and applications are protected assets held by the relevant rights holder, which may be the licence holder or the issuing regulatory authority.
Ownership of these marks extends beyond formally registered trademarks and domain names to include other distinctive brand elements such as visual identities, stylised text, and proprietary symbols. Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, or commercial use of any protected identifier is strictly prohibited. Violations of these protections may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability under applicable trademark and intellectual property law.
